Arika Baria-Garcia is a Business Consultant in financial planning marketing where she develops educational publications to support financial strategy and success. She has been a leader in human equity, inclusion and diversity throughout her entire life. As a Diversity & Inclusion Advocate in a corporate environment she has developed programs and initiatives to support the professional and financial growth and development of diverse communities across the country. She is also an Ally Ambassador for the LGBTQ+ community, sitting on the board for PRIDE Bay Area. Arika is passionate about local activation and finding creative solutions to support and empower communities that strive for equality, diversity and positive growth.
