Susanna Liu, Ph D. Director

Susanna Liu is a marketer specializing in hematologic malignancies for a large pharmaceutical company. She holds a B.S in Biology from MIT and a PhD in Developmental Biology from Weill Cornell Graduate School for Medical Sciences. With her strong scientific background, she enjoys using data-driven insights from patients to help provide them access to life-saving therapies. Susanna is also passionate about social work through the arts. As a bgirl (female breakdancer) with over 17 years of experience, she volunteers her time to the breaking community through teaching, judging and commentating competitions. She has a special interest in empowering women, as they are a highly underrepresented population in the breaking community. Susanna was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, but currently resides in the NY/NJ area.
